Accelerated Learning for the Conceptual Age

Make the discoveries of brain research applicable to your life and gain the meta-skills to help learners integrate and synthesize new learning into your personal and professional lives.  In this workshop, you will also gain the integrative, accelerated, conceptual skills to: achieve higher standards for you and your learners. This encompasses managing stress, learn to learn, unlearn, think and communicate in an expert way, problem solve, innovate and literally design your own future, (or help others to do the same.)  Experience at least 100 strategies to accelerate your learning, teaching, creating and “selling” to the brain.

Workshop One: The Power of Accelerated / Integrative / Conceptual Learning

• Learn how to rewire, restructure and stimulate your brain to grow healthier and more intelligent (and to teach others to do the same.)

• Experience, understand, and implement the basics of true learning with ease and joy (regardless of whether you or the people in your organization have learning difficulties)

Workshop Two: Breaking the Learning Barriers 

(Prerequisite, Workshop One)

Level II: Process and Train-the-Trainer  Level - 

Uncovering the Dynamics of the Learning Process

“Go behind the scenes” of accelerated learning in this unique level. The outcomes in Level II are different even though some of the same course material as Level I is covered in this workshop.  Both levels are being taught simultaneously.  The main role of participants is to be observers of the non-direct, unconscious communication and strategic orchestration of the class.  Level II participants delve into personal development, non-verbal body language, group dynamics, and releasing deeper barriers to accelerate learning.  This course includes an extra 60 - 90 minutes instruction per day of class time. Level 1, as the prerequisite, is required.  Class size for this level is very limited.

Prerequisite:  Level I 

Workshop One: The Power of Accelerated / Integrative / Conceptual Learning - The Process and Train-the-Trainer Level

You are invited to learn how to:

• Create a nurturing and positive optimal learning environment

• Gain the tools to create emotional and / or physical safety and diffuse "resistance" in a classroom or training environment

• Recognize and eliminate the three main barriers to learning

• Facilitate group dynamics through non-verbal body language

• Influence behavior of participants with subconscious techniques

• Understand the significance of body language to the instructional learning process

Workshop Two: Breaking the Learning Barriers - 

The Process and Train-the-Trainer Level

You are invited to learn how to:

• Recognize when the group understands and supports you

• Recognize the three stages of frustration in groups

• Turn chaos into group synergy

• Create a deeper level of permission to learn and form unity in groups and individuals

Level III: Mastery Level – Becoming A Learning Revolution Facilitator

Level III offers the most personalized coaching by Dr. Vos. This is an opportunity for you to be coached, either in your own teaching/training setting, with any subject, or within the actual LRI training setting if you want to become an LRI trainer.  It is especially geared towards those of you wanting to improve your teaching and training delivery. You will be coached on how to create dynamic presentations for any audience by linking your acquired accelerated learning skills with new techniques in the subliminal dynamics within groups.  Opportunity to begin guided curriculum construction for your own course work is also available.  

This level also offers preparation for a Learning Revolution Franchise.

Prerequisites: Levels I and II if certification is the goal. However, corporations, school districts, individuals can hire Dr. Vos on a personal coaching basis if no certification is required. 

Workshops One and Two: Presentation/Facilitation Skills

You will have the opportunity to:

• Practise with the audience of your choice with both the conscious and unconcious level of learning

• Understand and practice the state of flow versus resistance

• Facilitate group chaos to ultimately achieve creativity and clarity

• Apply newly generated creativity within a group dynamic

• Recognize and generate peak performance state

• Begin guided curriculum construction using accelerated integrative learning principles
